Proofs: Please check the advert carefully before returning the proof form, signed. If we have not heard from you in the time specified on the form we will assume that the proof is correct and print the sent version. The first three proofs, per month, are included in the price of the advert. Any additional proofs or amendments to advert will be charged at £15 each. Printers and publishers reserve the right to refuse the publication of any advert.
Cancellation of adverts: Once the booking has begun we need written confirmation one week prior to copy deadline of the next scheduled issue, or two weeks for premium position bookings. No cancellations can be accepted for issues after the booking deadline as it’s too late to remove the advert by then. The Radius reserves the right to use existing material if replacement copy is not received in time, or to charge for space booked if cancelled after the deadline. Once a 3 month or 6 month booking has been made, all insertions must be taken in order to receive the reduced rate otherwise the final invoice will be adjusted. eg. if a 6 month booking of an eighth of a page is booked, at £34 +VAT per advert, but only 3 adverts are taken the final invoice will be adjusted to the 3 month price of £38 +VAT per advert.
Orders: Once a telephone, email or written booking has been made an order form will be sent which must be signed and returned. If you do not wish your advert to appear in the Radius, once your booking has been made, you must contact the Radius, within a reasonable time before the copy deadline to a minimum of 3 days.

Positioning in Radius: While the Radius will endeavour to place adverts in a position of the advertisers choosing, no guarantees can be made that all requests can be catered for.
Payment of invoices: Advertisers will be invoiced in full when the issue containing the first advert of a booking has been fully delivered but the total can be broken down into monthly instalments if more convenient for cash flow purposes. Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS. Non-payment of invoices will lead to suspension of adverts and possible legal action.
Index: Advertisers choose their own index listing category but only one index entry per advert can be given to avoid excessive listings,so choose wisely. Advice available if required. To avoid having two many similar categories you may be placed into the most appropriate broader category.
Copy deadlines: All proofs must be finalised and signed off by the copy deadline date. All changes to adverts must be completed before the copy deadline. Please contact the Radius if the copy deadline dates are needed.
